Fashion Recycling With Lindsay Lohan
Posted in: Beauty & Style · Mon, Jun 9th
It’s about time Lindsay Lohan to do something useful. She recently did a photo-shoot to help launch the Visa Swap 2008 campaign for old, unwanted but still wearable clothing, shoes and bags. Too bad she does not shows more skin like the Playboy photo-shoot or showing frontal for NY Magazine.
Fashion savvy consumers who have bulging closets of unwanted clothing are asked to gather up their goods and head to the Visa Swap store in London’s Covent Garden during the next six weeks.
Visa Swap is something pretty cool that the credit card company is putting together over in London. Customers can donate clothing they no longer wear to the Covent Garden shop over a period of three weeks beginning June 21, and then have the value of their clothing - in points - put onto a Visa card. All remaining items will be donated to the popular London clothing charity Traid.
The initiative works to highlight and encourage everyone to do a bit of fashion recycling which is quite a unique idea.
Judging by the image above she waisted those $70.000 on a fake tan for no reason, she is still pale as she always have been.
